About

“Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul.” – Psa.66:16

Welcome to my blog! I’m Rebekyah writing from the shores of Texoma. I’ve been happily married for 25 wonderful years, blessed with 4 children and 12 grandchildren. This blog serves as my outlet, a space where I can share the thoughts and experiences that have refreshed, encouraged, and challenged me over the years.

As someone who loves to read, learn and teach in person and online women’s bible studies, I’ve realized the importance of having a place to capture and share these treasures. Without an outlet, my mind overflows, and valuable insights risk being forgotten. The idea of God’s truths being wasted has never sat well with me. These truths are meant to be saved, shared, passed on, and displayed for all to see.

This blog is my way of preserving and sharing those ideas and truths, setting them on display for others. It is filled with quotes that have haunted me, experiences that have encouraged me, and resources that have helped me. My hope and prayer are that you will find joy in these posts and that this website will be a blessing to you.

“Jesus sought me when a stranger
Wandering from the fold of God;
He, to rescue me from danger,
Interposed His precious blood;
How His kindness yet pursues me
Mortal tongue can never tell,
Clothed in flesh, till death shall loose me
I cannot proclaim it well.”

Thank you for visiting, and may you be encouraged and blessed by the words shared here.

God bless,

Rebekyah

  1. This article gives me courage and enthusiasm. I am in a modern day Sardis church. It’s so sad that most of the churches around me are either Sardis or Laodicea. I will continue strengthen that which remains by encouraging, studying, fellowshipping with the “few”. Thank you so much for this article.
